Inside city limits it's the City of Williamsburg; most addresses outside are James City Service Authority (JCSA), which charges a filing fee per assembly that we pass through at cost.
We confirm which provider serves the property before the visit, since a Williamsburg mailing address doesn't settle it.

Once scheduling opens, we’ll offer a window ahead of the deadline and route Williamsburg & James City County together so nobody pays for a one-off drive. Need it sooner? Ask for a tighter window.
We’ll test every assembly on the property in one visit, submit the report to the City of Williamsburg or James City Service Authority where it accepts tester submissions, and post a copy to your customer portal.
Enroll once and we carry the calendar: each assembly tracked against its water provider’s deadline and testing requirements, including additional tests when they apply, a heads-up before it’s due, the test, the filing where the provider accepts tester submissions, and the record kept for owners, inspectors, insurers and buyers.
