Certified testing for every assembly on the property: domestic and main-supply, irrigation, pool and spa fill and process equipment. The report goes to your water provider, and the record stays on file for you.

Chesapeake and Norfolk each run their own program, with their own forms and deadlines.
We fill in each city's own report form so it's accepted the first time.
Commercial, industrial, healthcare, multifamily and homes.
Requirements are set by the water system that serves the property and can change. Confirm current requirements with your provider before relying on a date.
Scheduling hasn’t opened yet. This is how service will run once it does.
From the notice, the last report, or the date on the tag. Not sure? Send a photo.
Once scheduling opens, we’ll offer a window ahead of the deadline and route Chesapeake & Norfolk together so nobody pays for a one-off drive. Need it sooner? Ask for a tighter window.
We’ll test every assembly on the property in one visit, submit the report to the City of Chesapeake or the City of Norfolk where it accepts tester submissions, and post a copy to your customer portal.
Enroll once and we carry the calendar: each assembly tracked against its water provider’s deadline and testing requirements, including additional tests when they apply, a heads-up before it’s due, the test, the filing where the provider accepts tester submissions, and the record kept for owners, inspectors, insurers and buyers.

Tell us where the property is and what is on it. Sorting out which provider governs it and what they require is the first step of every account we take on.
Scheduling hasn’t opened yet. Sending an inquiry puts you on the testing list; it doesn’t book an appointment. We’ll follow up by email.
